Job Description

We are currently seeking an Account Director to oversee one of the largest accounts in our Corporate Solutions platform nationally. With real estate typically being one of the top three costs in a company, having the right real estate partner is critical to business performance. Real estate strategy, well-delivered, can provide significant cost savings to our Corporate clients.

Our Corporate Solutions platform not only promotes greater operational efficiency and reduces delivery risk, but also creates additional value, allowing for innovation and collaboration on all assignments regardless of size. Through delivery of integrated services including transactions, project management, property and facility management and lease administration JLL enables the elimination of redundant activities and the excessive oversight and gaps that may occur when managing multiple providers. The outcome is greater efficiency, risk management and sustainability for our clients.

The Account Director will provide leadership, strategy, and direction for the account. This position is responsible for supporting whatever is required to enable this large faith-based Healthcare provider to meet and/or exceed their mission, vision, values, and objectives.

The Account Director is accountable for developing and implementing an account plan which will delight our clients and ensure a healthy long-term relationship. The Account Director anticipates client needs and delivers to outperform on the key performance indicators within the contract and builds financial plans while striving to exceed revenue and profitability. This position creates and manages high performing teams which not only deliver operational excellence but keeps employees engaged and thriving, and in conjunction with the Executive Managing Director for the account, understands the firm's strategy and goals and can translate those into the business opportunities.

Primary responsibilities include:

Delivery of Client Satisfaction

* Executes the vision and strategy of the account plan ensuring the client objectives and interests are met

* Ensure service delivery is with high quality and exceeds the clients' expectations

* Develops, manages and implements Voice of the Customer (VOC) to regularly gain input and direction from clients ensuring alignment

* Respond to any client issues in an expedient and professional demeanor

Build and Manage High Performing Teams

* Hire, attract and retain a team of top talented employees; improve team performance through regular coaching and feedback; provide recognition

* Understand the client's key business drivers; focus the team to ensure those priorities are aligned with our deliverables

* Embody the firm's values and core behaviors of collaboration, integrity and excellence

* Advances the firm's diversity and inclusion priorities by focusing on talent moves, i.e. hiring, rotation and promotion

* Identifies and prepares successor to role

Achieve Financial Results

* Develops budget and manages to ensure plan is met or exceeded in both growth and profitability

* Retain all current business lines and expand the book of business with the client to extend beyond existing product lines or geography

* Mitigates risk for the organization by ensuring A/R is maintained below 60 days payable

Drive the Sales Strategy & Contribute to the Growth of the Company

* Produces and presents an annual Account Plan and related client business plan to include key objectives; client satisfaction results; summary of value-add activities; and outlines growth/expansion opportunities to achieve.

* Proactively identifies areas to incorporate innovation into the account operations and across the Healthcare Platform; agent for ensuring best practices shared.

* An expert in the outsourcing business and the real estate industry.

* Proactively identifies opportunities for expansion and cross selling to identify new revenue opportunities.

* Create and deliver an annual account Annual Report summarizing value of delivery/achievements to client.

* Can lead a competitive contract renewal in partnership with Sales Development Team.

* Proactively reaches out to other accounts to ensure best practices being delivered on account.

* Become internal reference for best in class service delivery that can be leveraged to expand JLL's business.

* Recognizes opportunities for account growth, then articulate the value proposition and ensures its implementation across the platform.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university, MBA preferred

* An expert in the outsourcing business and the real estate industry.

* 10+ years of Account/Facilities management or related experience Healthcare Industry experience preferred

* An expert in real estate, construction, and plant operations preferably within the healthcare industry or related field.

* Preferred experienced in managing fire & life safety programs in a hospital environment.

* Exhibit and demonstrated alignment with the Core Competencies of the position.

Travel

Travel will vary ranging anywhere from 0-50%. The ideal candidate will be located on the west coast of the US and able to manage a moderate to heavy travel schedule, sometimes with short notice, and be able to relocate for a client assignment.
