Serves as the day-to-day management lead on a portfolio of clients. Proactively anticipates and manages business, creating meaningful client and agency relationships that enhance retention and lead to revenue growth for Active. Participates in department initiatives and collaborates with product areas (i.e., media) on growth strategies and client engagement.
+ Articulate Active’s trade model and value proposition in an easy-to-understand manner and develop strong interpersonal and presentation skills
+ Keeps VP/SVP manager appraised of important developments; presents suggested solutions to problems
+ Work across Active to mobilize resources required to ensure client requirements are met
+ Maintain timely and accurate data on client activity with Active.
+ Stay current on client business and industry trends and how they impact relationship
+ Generate reports/documentation using SalesForce, PowerPoint, Word and Excel for internal and external use
+ Develop familiarity with Active systems that impact client business (trade credit reports, status reports, People Soft, Media Ocean, Datorama)
+ Develop business reviews and executive summaries as needed
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) preferred or equivalent experience
Six + years of related business/media/marketing experience is required
Proficiency in Word and Excel, PowerPoint
Digital Media preferred, agency background a plus
This position may require travel to cities in USA, typically 4-6 times per half year.
