+ Reconciles vendor statements with accounting system records as requested
+ Organizing, coding, entering and posting all invoices into the accounting system within tight deadlines for weekly and period close.
+ Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance and reconciling property expense billbacks.
+ Process various types of accounts receivable transactions including entry of cash receipts and billing adjustments into one of our accounting software.
+ Track payments, make branch deposits, and update tenants accounts based on payment information
The ideal Accounts Payable/ Receivable Associate candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.
Other requirements for the Accounts Payable/ Receivable Associate position include and are not limited to:
+ 2+ years of accounts payable and receivable experience
+ Yardi Voyager & Payscan experience preferred
+ Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Conscientious, detail-oriented and produces accurate financial results and reports within required deadlines
+ Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with peers and provide a high degree of customer service
