Job Title: Administrative Assistant


RESPONSIBILITIES


The Administrative Assistant to the Manager is responsible for, greeting residents, visitors and applicants, answering phone calls, taking maintenance requests, preparation of work orders, reporting, general administration, processing applications and assisting with the social service programs at the property.


REQUIREMENTS


Qualified candidate must possess:


Section 8 HUD knowledge


Proficiency at multi-tasking


Excellent communication, writing and people skills


Good attitude


Self-Motivate; self-starter


Organizational capabilities


Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Software


Previous property management experience required
