Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the Chief Information Officer and members of the ITS, Communication and Bio-Med Department at Olathe Medical Center, Inc. by performing all secretarial and administrative duties as required. This includes but is not limited to maintaining calendars, email accounts, screening calls, preparing and distribution of correspendences, maintenance of files, supply inventory, greeting vistors and other special projects as assigned.


Minimum Requirements: • High School or GED • 2 years in similar role • Grammar/Spelling, proofreading; managing invoices, customer relations, microsoft Office, organizational, verbal communication, Ability to multi task and prioritize


Key Responsibilities: • Adheres to and/or maintains departmental policies and procedures, to be regulatory compliant with TJC, OSHA, safety standards, or other regulatory agencies. • Demonstrates flexibility required to meet changing priorities. • Maintains respectful working relationships with co-workers and encourages the team approach. • Approaches work in a manner that makes quality improvement a part of every activity.
