Will be tracking issues and following issues to resolution.
Tracking will be reported to management.
Must have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent problem-solving/research ability;
Excellent follow-up skills;
Proficient in Excel;
Good understanding of PowerPoint;
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to adapt to quickly changing work processes;
Be familiar with general office practices;
Have ability to work quickly and accurately while paying close attention and maintaining accuracy and speed;
Have math ability;
Have ability to perform various word processing functions, such as creating, formatting, revising, retrieving, and storing documents (MS Office products);
Be able to effectively work with others.
