Job Description

Our HARP Administrative Manager provides administrativeoversight of the HARP initiative through the Health Home. A HARP is amanaged care product that manages physical health, mental health, and substanceuse services in an integrated way for adults with significant behavioral healthneeds (mental health or substance use).They will be responsible for trackingHARP assessments and plans of care completed and reporting such to theDepartment of Health to ensure compliance. The position will also workwith Care Management Agencies and Managed Care Plans around the reviews of theHARP plans of care and patient access to HCBS services.

Some Essential Functions Include:

* Monitors the completion of HARP Community Mental Health Assessments for HARP enrolled members.

* Receives and reviews the HARP assessment feed from the Department of Health and disseminates to care management agencies.

* Prepares monthly HARP reports on behalf of the Health Home to the State Department of Health.

* Receives HARP Plans of Care from the care management agencies and ensures completion of required fields.

* Provides feedback and recommendations to care management agencies to ensure HARP guidelines for assessments and plans of care are completed.

* Transmits plans of care to the respective Managed Care Organization (MCO).

* Liaises with the State and MCOs regarding updates to Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) and HCBS providers.

* Receives, reviews and disseminates supplemental MCO data to care management agencies.

* Assists in facilitating communication between the care management agency and MCO as needed.

* Tracks payments for completed assessments to ensure care management agencies receive appropriate payment.

* Participates in meetings/webinars related to HARP and be informed of any policy updates.

* Provides technical assistance and training to care management agencies regarding assessments and plans of care.


MSWand 1-3 years of experience working with assessments, plans of care, ManagedCare Organizations, and behavioral health patients.
