About the Position:Capital City Construction (CCC) is a General Contractor engaged in building multifamily and mixed-use projects. We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager for full time employment. In this position, you will be participating in preconstruction, construction and post-construction at the direction of the project manager. + Maintain and distribute Contract Documents, Logs and Reports in Project Management software
+ Meeting agendas and minutes
+ Assist with bidding to subcontractors and vendors
+ Assist with preparation of proposals and contracts
+ Assist with processing schedule updates, RFI?s, and submittals
+ Assist with ensuring subcontractors? and vendors? timely submissions and responses
+ Assist with gathering subcontractor pricing for PCOs, and preparing Owner Change Orders.
+ Punch-List Management
+ Minimum 2 years? experience in similar position
+ Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
+ Experience working with architects, engineers and other professionals
+ Enthusiastic attitude with the desire to support the Team effort
+ Great communication skills
+ Well organized
+ Detail Oriented
+ High level of integrity and accountability
+ Represents the company in a professional manner
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office as well as ability to adapt to new technology and software
+ Competency with Procore or similar project management software a plus
+ Commercial construction experience a plus
+ Ability to safely navigate construction sites
Schedule & Environment:This is a full-time position. Daily schedule will vary depending on requirements of the projects. Saturday work may be necessary. Construction job site offices will be primary workplace.
