**The Headlines** **:**

In the role of **Associate Marketing Manager** working in **Chicago, IL** you will be part of the Commercial Center of Excellence team. This role will collaborate with marketing & shopper peers in stewardship of our retail program timeline, retail program execution, communication, and content hubs.

This position reports to **Sr. Manager – Sales Activation** and collaborates with our internal sales teams, brand teams and external marketing agencies.

**The Responsibilities:**

+ Manage Molson Coors education and share driving initiatives with the Reyes Inside Sales team

+ Sales lead for stewarding retail initiatives (MBOs, Innovation, Retail Programs), ensuring content is sales-ready for assigned brands

+ Manage sales/marketing SharePoint resource & BeerMate brand content hub

+ Creation of the retail program calendar – seeks continuous improvement, simplification, efficiency, and cost effectiveness across our retail marketing processes and timelines

+ Influence and interact regularly with stakeholders at all levels to understand and align on solutions to remove barriers for the commercial organization relative to retail programming and execution

+ Bring perspective to Marketing/Shopper to help drive simplicity and “usability” of programming, in addition to delivering programs on time at the lowest possible cost

**The Other Qualifications:**

+ You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another relevant field **OR** you have at least 5 years' progressive experience in sales or marketing

+ You love a challenge – you complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

+ You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy

+ You are confident and competent – you are diplomatic, professional, and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business

+ You are serious about results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering
