European Services at Home is looking for a Bi-lingual Home Care Supervisor to work in an office setting, and making home visits as necessary.

Responsibilities can include but aren't limited to:

• Serves as a resource for technical questions, applications and problem solving
• Evaluates, Plans, Coordinates and Manages Home-Care-Aides to ensure client's and company's best interest
• Ensures that client and employee records are complete and current
• Insures client and employee safety, assesses possible risks, and constantly works on its prevention
• Makes home visits, as necessary, to provide hands-on training and assistance
• Personally substitutes HCA, if necessary
• Maintains professional, friendly, courteous, caring relationship and atmosphere with all staff members
• Works in a team to assure accomplishment of the company's goal
