Job Description
Looking for a Full-Time, Bookkeeper/Receptionist person. We're looking for someone who may have little to no experience but is willing to learn and grow with the company. Would prefer an individual who has social media experience. Can easily navigate on a windows computer. This individual will start off as reception and slowly will gain bookkeeper responsibilities. Qualified candidates will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Drive and efficiency are expected.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Answering phones and directing calls
Scheduling appointment
Check and process email
Respond to customers via lead source or social media
Create blogs and social media posts
Create invoices
Process payments
Other bookkeeping duties as assigned or needed
Competencies
Data entry skills; 10 key
Knowledge of QuickBooks (not required)
Thoroughness/attention to detail
Work with minimal supervision / problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and complete work to meet deadlines
Ability to produce professional business correspondence
Operate office equipment: computers, phones, & copiers
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must possess excellent phone skills
Able to work alone at when needed
Skill Requirements
1-2 years general office experience (not required)
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Advanced Excel is a plus
Must be able to pass pre-employment employment verifications
