Branch Manager

Sacramento, CA

As an Onsite Office Manager you will lead various teams of customer service specialists in our Sacramento office, and potentially various locations across the United States, who are tasked with filing documents at state and local offices as well as the intake and processing of legal documents for Law Firms and Corporate Customers. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations and a diverse set of administrative duties to ensure our Sacramento office is running smoothly. In addition you will be responsible for developing and protecting client relationships.

Some of the things you will be doing:

* Ensuring the highest levels of productivity and quality while fulfilling customer needs

* Managing the strategic development of the existing client base by enhancing relationships at all levels within the client's organizations and protecting client relationships from competitor encroachment

* Directing and overseeing all aspects of CSC's customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives

* Designing and implementing improved processes or operational policies

* Responsibility for the full spectrum of employee management, development, and training

* Building relationships with state and local employees and other organizations that are doing business with CSC

* Participating in strategic efforts to bring new customers to CSC and communicating proactively to assess client satisfaction

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

* 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in customer service or corporate production environment and proven ability to manage a high volume workflow

* A proven history of successfully mentoring and developing employees

* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and via email

* Excellent change management and resource prioritization skills

* Ability to link day-to-day activities with overarching strategic goals
