Job Description

Seeking an experienced Business Process Engineer to support automation initiatives for Operations team. This position will partner with other business process engineers / SMEs + work closely with product, program, operations, engineering and manufacturing teams to identify opportunities and build solutions to help scale Operations.

**Job Responsibilities** **:**

+ Deep dive into our existing processes to identify opportunity areas and drive initiatives that improve automation

+ Engage with program and business stakeholders to document requirements, create functional specifications as well as engage with IT teams to understand and guide evolving program technology

+ Design, develop, test, launch and improve business operational workflows

+ Transition of new automation initiatives from project to operational status and maintain existing workflows

+ Partner with operations & training teams to increase the adoption of launched automation features, and find opportunities to continually improve based on user feedback

**Preferred Qualifications** **:**

+ MBA in Operations, Strategy preferred

+ Experience in a similar role (process development, product design, software development, business process improvement)

+ Experience using Machine Learning models to solve business problems

+ Ability to define program strategy, delivering independently with limited guidance

+ Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field

**Business Expertise**

+ Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services


+ May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity

+ Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions


+ Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by functional policies

**Interpersonal Skills**

+ Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view



+ Bachelor's Degree

+ 10 - 15 Years of Experience
