The CHHA will work in the client's home and provide care in accordance with a personalized treatment plan assigned by a primary nurse.

Requirements:

• Valid CHHA license
•  
• Current two-step PPD or Chest X-Ray and physical
•  
• Reliable transportation to and from work
•  
• Positive personality and a team-player approach 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $11.00 to $12.00 /hour
