CIF SUPERVISOR (GA-18-1315-W)

Bowhead is seeking a CIF Supervisor for its location at the Fort Gordon in Georgia.

Duties will include:

* Applies logistics and supply chain knowledge to support the analysis and assessment of global and regional deployment and distribution processes using standard enterprise metrics and applicable commercial practices for qualitative and quantitative measurement.

* Requires familiarity with supply chain processes and the ability to effectively communicate with a broad range of enterprise stakeholders.

* Must have the ability to lead or contribute to distribution related projects and studies leveraging inputs from a wide variety of functional areas and data sources.

* Must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities to retrieve data from a broad range of sources, compile the data into formats and quality sufficient to conduct analytic activities, and apply basic analytic tools and techniques to produce decision-support products.

* Position requires a balance of functional and analytic skills, and positive people skills for working in a team environment.

* Analyzes, organizes, plans and administers various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance/repair activities for one or more complex programs. Analyzes complex contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirements.

* Develops logistics plans in order to enhance distribution of goods and supplies. Identifies, prioritizes, and assesses key logistics assets and infrastructures.

* Develops policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.

* Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.

* May participate in planning and assigning personnel for given projects or tasks. Recommends changes in procedures.

Requirements Associates Degree, required. Bachelor's Degree, preferred.

* Minimum of ten (5) years' of documented supervisory experience and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures and instructions in maintenance management.

* Must have experience with financial management and knowledge of Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) to include Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) and Unit Status Report (USR).

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships; excellent written/verbal communication skills required. Must have strong verbal and written command of English.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for clearance at this location
