We are seeking to fill a **Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Analyst** position in the Washington, D.C. metro area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing a continuous review process to evaluate the effectiveness of processes and standards for identifying process improvements to drive improved efficiency and quality.
This role is also responsible for:
+ Evaluating quality issues, inefficient processes, product quality, customer feedback, and analyst recommendations to identify process and product improvements
+ Identifying opportunities to eliminate duplication of effort
+ Improving analyst effectiveness and efficiency
+ Eliminating backlog
+ Reducing accuracy issues and improving general operations
+ Briefing improvement recommendations, gaining approval for implementation, and coordinating implementation improvements
+ Implementating tools, scripts, algorithms, and techniques
+ Assessing the effectiveness of the improvements
+ Assessing and reporting on metrics
The following are minimum requirements for the role:
+ 10+ years of experience
+ MA/MS degree
+ Experience as a continuous process improvement (CPI) researcher and facilitator
+ Experience working in NCTC screening and vetting using NCTC IC databases
+ Analytical and critical thinking skills
+ Knowledge of SOPs and Government watchlisting and screening and vetting guidelines
+ Advanced communication skills including documentation and briefings
+ Knowledge of ODNI, NCTC, and IC mission, roles, responsibilities, and policies and procedures including classification management
+ TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
+ Recognized expert in specific field
