And what will you do?

Job Responsibilities include:

+ Make key marketing technology initiatives real, end-to-end, with a cross-organization team; being highly cooperative and confident in driving from conception to global execution to support global strategy.

+ Documenting business and functional requirements, designing a technical solution, defining the operating model and procedures to execute, training and supporting users.

+ Evaluating marketing technology, identifying the latest and greatest, and bringing components to life together in real-world use at scale on the marketing automation platform (MAP).

+ Understanding intricate business and technical requirements and constraints; leading and driving the effort to translate those requirements into strategic marketing solutions.

+ Collaborating across diverse teams and disciplines.

+ Staying up to date on trends and technology in the technical marketing landscape.

+ Set a technology vision for marketing in a digital world. Championing greater experimentation and more-agile management of new capabilities by being externally in touch with industry trends.

+ Drive and deliver consumer-centric data strategy, ensuring the right set of technological and architectural choices leading to data collection, integration, activation/execution, sufficiency, and enrichment.

+ Manage the technical set up for data driven campaigns, query consumer data to create audiences and export audiences to activation channels, ensure legal compliance to data collection, manage the process for attributes and trait set up, and innovate on new ways to collection and manage data.

+ Provide marketing data integration and technical resources for the entire Marketing technology ecosystem.

+ Successful implementation of new marketing technologies.

+ Perform trainings on new functionality and provide guidance for supporting documentation.

+ Propose ongoing in-house technology enhancements and next stage functionality in all areas of digital marketing.

+ Recognize system performance trends and implement enhancements and refinements accordingly.

+ Manually upload data as needed while working to automate as many data processes as feasible.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Passion to improve process, streamline technology, and improve performance.

+ Demonstrated expert skills in troubleshooting, analysis, and logic.

+ Hands-on experience in a technical marketing role.

+ Experience in a B2B marketing role focused on running marketing campaigns and demand generation.

+ Strong project management and organization skills.

+ Demonstrated skills in some form of technology (ie. web / coding / database technology, etc.).

+ Knowledge of data management and data visibility (BI).

+ Marketing Automation/CRM (Zoho, Hubspot, ParDot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.).

+ Audience Segmentation.

+ Implementation and Integration of MarTech Stack.

+ Experience with Power BI.

+ Understanding of Project Management Principals.

+ Understanding of API Management and Data Mapping.

+ Understanding of SQL and Javascript preferred.

+ Strong PC skills, including standard office productivity tools (MS Office).

+ Detail Oriented.

+ Strong communication skills (verbal and written, including presentation skills).

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing technology.
