This role will support capture manager assignments in the Enterprise Sustainment Solutions \(ESS\) and Training and Simulation Solutions Market Segments within the RMS Training and Logistics Solutions Line of Business\. The selected candidate will lead capture efforts to secure new or re\-compete contracts, or task order business\. They will be accountable for shaping and winning new business through a balanced focus on customer value, the competitive environment, and the corporation's best interests\. They will develop capture strategies including business solutions for pursuit of opportunities; identify potential customers, competitive assessments, teaming suppliers, and position\-to\-win \(PTW\); and participate in bid and proposal activities\. They will have responsibility to lead and integrate the assigned cross\-functional team and authority to direct team activities for the duration of the pursuit\. Throughout active captures and in between assignments, the selected candidate will maintain ongoing interaction with business development\. As a member of the RMS TLS functional capture team, they will be offered opportunities to diversify and strengthen their skill set by supporting fellow capture manager pursuits through competitive analysis support, Design To Cost/PTW tasking, facilitating color team reviews, or supporting process improvement and digital transformation activities in between or in addition to capture assignments\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

Strong leadership, business acumen, communication and

strategic and tactical thinking; flexible to work multiple

assignments; prior capture and proposal process experience\.

**Desired Skills:**

Previous program management, capture management, or proposal management experience; Prior Training or ESS business and leadership experience; Familiarity with RMS Business Models, Rate Structures, BOE and Pricing Tools, and RMS Win Plan\.
