**About This Position:**


The Card Services team is focused on creating innovative solutions and differentiated customer experiences for millions of cardmembers across all of our Chase Card portfolios. Our goal is to be at the forefront of innovation in the financial services industry, to bring new products, capabilities, and/or tools to serve our customers' borrowing needs and drive loyalty in a disciplined way. This position sits within the Lending organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group. Our teams leverage leading edge technologies to transform the way that customers manage their on-card borrowing through dynamic digital and mobile experiences.


The Card Lending team is seeking a highly effective Testing Lead to support the delivery of products and features across our core lending treatments. The role will lead the end-to-end testing program for all initiatives within the Card Lending product. You will work directly with the product and engineering leads to ensure the Card Lending book of work is strategically delivered with an emphasis on creating and maintaining thoughtful experiences. You will be become the critical path on product quality within an agile context.


This dynamic opportunity will work in a highly collaborative environment with direct influence on existing and future products and services we offer.


+ Design and deliver Program Test and Implementation Strategy, Test Data Strategy, Automation Approach, and Test Environment Plans.


+ Design and deliver against a full phase E2E test strategy, including test data, environments, defect management and test automation factoring internal cross impacts.


+ Responsible for the promotion of business and operational requirements through the various testing phases to final implementation.


+ Simultaneously work on multiple initiatives across Card Lending priorities.


+ Partner closely with Product and Technology groups.


+ Identify opportunities to accelerate change for the programs and syndicate the information to other team members to validate prior to implementation.


+ Responsible for milestone reporting and trend analysis within specific projects.


+ Responsible for seamless execution and delivery for testing workstreams.


**Functional and Technical Expertise**


+ Deep project / test management experience within the Financial Services industry supporting multiple LOB's delivering in a highly complex and high volume environment.


+ Expertise in Agile project delivery methodology and skilled to learn and work with evolving methodologies.


+ Experienced in supporting a team to define requirements, document user stories and test scripts.


+ Ability to work with the minimum of supervision on day-to-day activities.


+ Strong organizational skills - ability to take strategic direction and independently develop and manage project plan, taking full accountability and ownership.


+ Functional knowledge of credit cards and banking.


+ Working knowledge User Acceptance Testing, Acceptance Criteria, JIRA, Confluence, reporting and monitoring of the same.


+ Working knowledge of API, SQL, Metadata and Big data would be an added advantage.

+ Highly skilled at problem solving, ability to scope and provide structure to complex issues, rapidly learn unfamiliar processes and provide insightful and timely remediation.


+ Excellent attention to detail so errors can be prevented and redundancies / opportunities highlighted.


+ Ability to keep sight of the overall context and remain centered on the strategic picture, identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and build out recommendation to proceed.


+ Ability to use effective systemic data driven reporting to support program reporting.


+ Ability to quickly derive patterns and insights from data and analysis.


**Communication**


+ Advanced communication skills with the ability to provide clear and succinct verbal updates on their work to team members, colleagues, senior heads, executives and clients.


+ Ability to liaise effectively between lines of business with empathy and understanding to achieve the common and strategic goal as a team.


+ PowerPoint / Pitch Pro skills - able to create professional slides and structure presentations with minimal input and need for secondary review.


+ Actively contributes to program updates, Project and team meetings.

**Qualifications**


+ Bachelor's degree (with relevant experience) preferred.


+ Testing experience required.


+ Agile methodology skills required.


+ Test Automation skills preferred
