Job Description

This male client is ambulatory with a walker. He does need transfer assistance and safety monitoring when walking.

Job duties include but not limited to:

*Bathing Assistance
*Companionship
*Toileting assistance

Shift times: Monday & Wednesday 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM.  Saturdays are also available 4 PM to 7 PM.

This client lives with other family members.
