Help & Care, LLC provides personal care, companionship, and life enrichment services to help seniors and others requiring assistance to continue to live independently in the comfort of their own home.

Candidate Profile - Skills, Experience, & Requirements:

Candidate must have a PASSION for caregiving. Energetic and Fun!
Ability to perform and excel at the following duties as a Homecare Aide: personal hygiene/grooming, showering/bathing, dressing, transfers, meal prep, transportation, companionship, light housekeeping.
Must be able to speak and understand English clearly
Full-Time position - must have availability and flexibility to work ANY shift on weekdays and weekends (30+ hours per week)
Part-Time position - must have availability to work at least 2-3 times per week.
Must be flexible working with a changing schedule and diverse clients
