**The Plant Administrator role is based in Glens Falls, NY and reports directly to the Plant Manager. ?**

Your ability to support our Production, Maintenance and Human Resources groups in a challenging and dynamic work environment doing reporting, payroll, scheduling and assisting in projects promises to be fulfilling to both you and our team. **What you’ll get to do:**

+ Payroll for the hourly workforce, including edits in Kronos and payroll issues.

+ Entering daily Production numbers into SAP.

+ Bill of Materials for the Maintenance Dept.

+ Reporting for Production at End of Month.

+ Scheduling for the hourly workforce.

+ Resolves invoice issues for Production and Maintenance and advises the appropriate person on corrective actions needed. (Managers, Supervisors, etc)

+ Contacts vendors to resolve issues such as admittance address issues, questions on invoices, delivery confirmations, etc.

+ Support plant Safety Program administrative tasks, routine reporting, and communications.

+ Tracks and organizes plant staff attendance and vacations.

+ Supports on-boarding of new employees and maintains employee records and files.

+ Assisting on special projects as they arise at the plant.

+ Follow plant and MSHA Safety Policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment. Maintain an awareness of plant environmental standards. Takes corrective action to address minor problems or reports compliance issues to appropriate supervisor for resolution.

**Who we are looking for:**

+ A High School Diploma.

+ Prior equivalent experience

+ Excellent problem solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.

+ Proficient in math/financial skills.

+ Strong oral and written communication skills.

+ Kronos experience a plus.

+ Ability to use SAP, MS Office, and other applicable software applications.
