Overview Big Sky is seeking a Change Management Analyst with active Top Secret/SCI clearance to join our team. This position will be performed on-site in Springfield, Virginia.

Job Mission: Oversees the updating and upgrading of both processes and technology. Skilled at both documenting project changes and in briefing customers to them. Ability to produce learning on new methods and to document lessons learned. Possesses technical skills and understanding of IT environments and configurations. This is a high-profile project, delivering educated and experienced leadership methods covering human, procedural, technological, strategic and regulatory aspects of building advanced data, analytical and automation capabilities while delivering cross-functional insights.
Responsibilities and Duties
+ Develop and implement a change management plan and strategy.
+ Provide support for user adoption by communicating capabilities and value, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting training associated with process business improvement and automation and providing support services to end-users throughout the lifecycle of each bot established.
+ Collect, document, and disseminate best practices, and translate lessons learned into improved guidelines and training.
+ Define the service catalog, provide deliverable templates, define development standards, and maintain bot asset inventory.
+ Assist with strategic communications

You should have:
+ An Active TS/SCI clearance - CI Poly will be required once in the position
+ Bachelor’s Degree and 5-10 years' experience
+ ?Knowledge of IC and Department of Defense desired
