We are currently looking for a Clinical Supervisor (RN) to join our team of dedicated Behavioral Health professionals working with Adults dealing with psychiatric and/or substance abuse issues.

The Clinical Supervisor RN supervises the delivery of quality psychiatric nursing care for their assigned unit under the leadership of the Director of Nursing. Directly supervises ten or more employees in the respective units accountable to this position. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Assures the unit milieu is therapeutic and physically safe and secure at all times.

Hours: Four 10 hour shifts a week

Job Requirements

Position Requirements: Graduate of an accredited RN program with a current Florida RN License. Two (2) years experience as a Charge Registered Nurse preferred. One year experience in psychiatric nursing, skill nursing or geriatrics required. One (1) year of nursing supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of Florida Mental Health Code and Regulations, Agency for HealthCare Administration (AHCA), Joint Commission Standards and Center for Medicaid and Medicare rules, regulations, guidelines pertaining to the delivery of behavioral health care. ;
