3 Month+ Contract
The Sr. Associate is responsible for supporting multiple variable compensation plans for the Servicing and Originations divisions by compiling, evaluating, and analyzing variable compensation information to accurately pay monthly and biweekly incentives to employees. Additional duties include but are not limited to being responsible for implementing improvements for incentive plan calculations and payments, and maintaining audit responsibilities including monthly reconciliations and FLOD request.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS1 Administers biweekly, monthly, and quarterly incentives for Originations and Servicing divisions, by ensuring manual and hybrid plan submissions are submitted accurately and timely each period.
2 Maintains monthly audit reconciliations and FLOD request by preparing all required reports and approval documentation timely and accurately.
3 Provides expertise and support by prioritizing inquires and special requests ensuring timely resolution and follow up, engaging appropriate functional partners when necessary to drive issue resolution.
4 Tests incentive plan calculations, reports and compensation statements in custom database/system for all new plans and plan changes for both Originations and Servicing.
5 Develop and maintain procedures by ensuring that all processes are documented and updated with any new processes or changes. Maintains guidelines and documentation for incentive compensation process flow.
6 Assist with payroll inquiries and transactional items by supporting Workday loads and processing on demand request.Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Minimum 2-5+ years of professional level compensation administration experience
Experience in Workday is a plusKnowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in SQL, PowerPoint and Word.
