CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR - CORONA, CA SRG is seeking an experienced Administrative professional to support our construction team on-site at our new development in Corona! **PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED AT OUR CONSTRUCTION SITE IN CORONA, CA. HOURS ARE 7AM TO 4PM** Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Provides onsite administrative/account support to Project Manager and team. Prepares subcontract agreements, purchase orders and change orders based on information provided by the Project Manager. Enters contract data into accounting system. Maintains various tracking logs. Obtain, review, scan and log all insurance certificates and preliminary notices for the project and other required items from the subcontractors. Receives, prepares, codes and processes invoices in Nexus accounting system for draw funding received by subcontractors. Additionally, follows up on any missing or incorrect supporting documents that are required for funding. Organize and maintain electronic project files as well as project close out documents and construction drawings. Miscellaneous administrative duties such as meeting coordination, preparation of expense reports, answering minimal phone calls and directing subcontractors from the field. Receives, files and follows up on various routine reports such as insurance, contract logs and submittals. Accounting duties include tracking various project costs through JDE vector, preparation of monthly budget updates and project reports. Assists field Superintendents as necessary with administrative tasks Qualifications: One-year Construction project related experience or equivalent educational training; or equivalent combination. One-year basic accounting and administrative experience or equivalent educational training. Must be proficient in operational/administrative software including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge and familiarity with Project and PowerPoint a plus. Knowledge of JDE & NEXUS Payables software a plus.
