The Project Manager is responsible for planning & effectively scheduling work, controlling cost, and developing excellent owner/subcontractor relationships. The PM’s duties included budget preparation, subcontractor contracts and scopes of work details, owner pay estimates, change order negotiations and other project management from pre-construction to final close out.
+ Minimum 5 years’ experience in the commercial construction industry
+ Medical/Dental/Health care build out experience a plus
+ Applicant should posses a strong tendency towards leadership and an ability to manage teams through the design, permitting, construction and closeout process to a successful conclusion.
+ Must have excellent communications skills and ability to interact well with Owner’s & Subcontractor’s
+ Applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Project.
+ Estimating experience desirable
+ Can do attitude
+ A bachelor’s degree in construction science, construction management, building science or Civil engineering preferred.
+ Medical & Dental-paid at 100% for employee and 50% for dependents.
