Job Summary: Contract Administrator


  • Review and analyze legal Programming Agreement documents.
  • Determine governing terms for over 400+ key requirements/provisions in each Programming Agreement.
  • Input terms into templates for review and approval and input terms into contract management database in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate amendments and edit existing terms as needed.
  • Suggest new database fields to capture new types of terms as needed
  • Conduct complex analysis for internal stakeholder questions.
  • Summarize multiple provisions and provide direction to requestor in coordination with management, business owners and Legal.
  • Identify areas of compliance risk and escalate as needed to management or appropriate stakeholders.
