Job Description:

A corporate legal department in Montgomery County, PA seeks a Contracts Specialist to join their team. The person needs to have 3+ years reviewing and negotiating various types of contracts including NDAs, vendor agreements, data privacy agreements, RFP responses, and others. He/she will work closely with the Legal Team, sales, marketing, IT, and procurement. Must have strong communication skills, sound judgement, be a team player and be detail oriented.
