LOCATED IN IRONWOOD, MI. Cooks and bakes to prepare meals for patients, the cafeteria, and catering functions. Cooking and baking skills Food prep skills Math ability and planning ability are required Must be capable of simple use of formulas, charts, tables, and using adjustable measuring instruments Must be willing to taste test own food Organizational skills High School Diploma or equivalent Sanitation Certification within 6 months of hire Must pass a written test and hands-on skills demonstration with a minimum score of 80%. One to three years' experience in the food service industry, previous position as a cook or baker.
