The Cook 2 Intermediate Line Cook requires good communication skills as well as at least 2 years of previous line, banquet and find dining experience. A Culinary Degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying and broiling.
