KPMG is currently seeking a Coordinator, L&D to join our Tax Learning and Development organization.


+ Gain basic understanding of and stay up to date with Tax L&D deployment processes, CPE requirements, NASBA guidelines, EA requirements and technological solutions

+ Help with general CPE deployment tasks

+ Add and maintain CPE data in SharePoint databases and document libraries

+ Review CPE documentation and escalate issues accordingly

+ Assist with live and virtual learning, nationally offered local office training, distance learning and web-based training courses offered throughout the year as needed

+ Aid with general Tax Learning and Development initiatives; Perform other duties as needed


+ Minimum one year of business experience

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

+ Proficient in full Microsoft Office suite; intermediate Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivots) and SharePoint experience preferred

+ Possess a keen attention to detail with project management experience a plus; Ability to collaborate and build relationships virtually

+ Strong writing skills with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and understandably; Ability to exercise independent judgment to make day to day decisions with minimal supervision

+ Ability to travel to (10%); Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
