The Global Credit Client Connectivity and Onboarding Team at JPMorgan Chase is responsible for onboarding clients to proprietary trading platform powering the credit trading business along with its user base. The functional areas of managing the overall business operation includes client connectivity and onboarding, network management, eTrading, pricing and analytics, algo trading, risk management, post trade and regulatory reporting.


This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join a high performing team. This role requires a multifaceted individual who can ensure successful deployments in UAT and Production environments enabling our customers for adoption. The role demands an objective oriented specialist that understands what it means to deploy smoothly across complex and shifting environments. This role offer a chance to work with a variety of stakeholders and determine mutual success, which enables the chance for tremendous growth. Demonstrated experience in collaborative communication environments with both internal and external teams is critical. The Client Onboarding Specialist will be directly responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding process from initiation to go live.


**Responsibilities** :


+ Support FIX connections for various OMS/EMS vendors and bi-lateral clients.


+ Partner with internal and external Business and Tech teams for onboarding new clients.


+ Build, maintain and deploy FIX configuration in Test and PROD environments.


+ Manage new feature validation and help train internal teams on new products and features.


+ Work with OMS Vendors and Clients tech team to define specifications for FIX API proprietary integrations.


+ Work with internal Dev, QA team for assuring the smooth FIX API integration.


+ Work with internal and external network providers (Lucera,TNS, Radianz) for establishing network connectivity.


**Qualifications** :


+ 2+ years of experience in technology preferably on the buy-side/sell-side.


+ Knowledge of trading protocol (Market Data, Click2Trade, RFQ) for Fixed Income trading.


+ Programming or scripting language (e.g. Java/Python) desired.


+ FIX Protocol /market connectivity (knowledge of Internet TLS,VPN.x-connect) experience.


+ Knowledge of development tools (Jenkins, Git, BitBucket)


+ Knowledge of LINUX/UNIX operating systems, i.e., executing functional commands


+ Experience in driving global and regional projects/initiatives.


+ Excellent communication skills both verbal and technical writing.


+ Previous experience working on a Client Connectivity and Onboarding is highly desirable.


+ Previous experience / product knowledge of Fixed Income is highly desirable.
