We are searching for a Customer Service Coordinator/Representative that is creative and innovative as well as dedicated and disciplined in their approach to their jobs. This role is also responsible for various aspects of office administration. Our office is fast-paced where no two days are the same. You will handle multiple items simultaneously in a professional and courteous manner. You will come in contact with many different types of people and help them with their requests. You are a team player and are willing to wear many hats and pitch in where needed. All clients need to be handled with care so we are looking for those individuals with great customer service skills. Your responsibilities will include: * Answering phones and responding to client emails and texts * Working with clients, including scheduling appointments and assisting clients with resolution of problems * Scheduling installations and preparing client folders * Supporting employees in the field * Maintaining customer database/accurate data input * Office administration, including the processing of client payments and purchasing Specific requirements: * Very strong organizational skills and able to multi-task * Direct customer service experience * Computer experience including web-based tools * Strong and precise follow-through * Written and oral communication skills are essential * Ability to prioritize work assignments, critical tasks and routine work Our work environment is casual, energetic and fun.
