The Role


You?ll be working along side a team of talented sales agents and engineers to help our customers find the insurance that?s right for them. This job entails no cold-calling and only outreach to customers that have made requests for coverage through our mobile apps.


Key responsibilities


+ Provide follow-up calls, emails and online chat


+ Build and maintain customer relationships


+ Act as the main point of contact for all customer service issues


+ Provide prompt, professional and compassionate communication with prospective and current clients.


Qualifications


+ 0-2 years of sales experience


+ College degree required


+ Excellent time management and organizational skills


+ Capacity to learn concepts quickly and independently


+ A passion for learning and improving


+ Ability to work multiple weekend days per month
