Help At Home LLC provides community living support services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We are currently seeking Direct Care Professionals/Community Living Coaches to support our DD residents in our CLA (Community Living Arrangements) homes.
12am (midnight) to 8am Mon-Fri overnights
every other weekend 12 hour shifts
(this employee will accrue Paid Time Off)

The DD Direct Care Professional (DCP) provides direction and support in the activities of daily living for residents in the company-operated group homes. The group home setting serves individuals in a safe and nurturing environment where they may receive personal support, transportation, assistance with meal preparation and shopping. The DCP works to provide the services needed by each individual living in the homes.
In order to be eligible for this role, you should have:
+ At least 18 years of age;
+ 1 or more years of experience working successfully with elderly and/or developmentally disabled individuals;
+ Ability to perform all personal support duties as needed to support the person's care plan;
+ Current driver's license;
+ Current CPR/First Aid certification;
+ CPI Certification;
+ Current TB screening;
+ Fingerprints (background search) and acceptable motor vehicle driving record
+ Basic computer skills.
