Performs diversified duties in diet office e.g., maintains diet records, tallies food requirements and other similar tasks. Collects resident menus and performs menu correction.
Follows standard practices and comply with regulatory requirements.
Ensure that resident’s are satisfied with their meals and receive the items they choose.
Flexible schedule works under the supervision of the R.D..
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently.
Must be able to keep records and be flexible.
Computer literacy is a must, bonus if you know meal tracker
