**Job Summary:**


Compass Point Federal \(Compass Point\) is hiring a Digital Graphics professional with experience and expertise in the production of digital materials and print production in support of the Cyber Center of Excellence, Army Capability Manager Electronic Warfare\.


+ You will work closely with Electronic Warfare and Spectrum Management subject matter experts in a collaborative work environment in order to design and develop a wide range of digital and print presentations for use in capability requirements documents and briefing materials for senior leaders\.


+ This work supports the capabilities requirements development for future electronic warfare and spectrum management capabilities, ensuring that the systems are accurately captured in high level operational concept graphics and operational view 1 \(OV\-1\) presentations that effectively demonstrate their operational employment on the battlefield\.


+ This position requires someone with extensive knowledge of Adobe suites: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint and Word\.


**Qualifications**


**Minimum Qualifications:**


+ A minimum of two \(2\) years of related technical experience with a minimum of two \(2\) years’ experience in military operations\.


+ Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design or comparable relevant experience


+ Extensive knowledge of Adobe suites: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint and Word\.


+ Ability to visualize and develop digital representations of complex ideas/systems conveying intended message to a wide audience\.


+ Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team, from concept to completion\.


+ Ability to produce high quality, professional files that are print and web ready to develop a deep understanding of the brand, audience, and key messaging\.


You must be able to meet all health requirements, including but not limited to, current and future vaccination requirements for infectious diseases such as COVID\-19\.


**Qualifications:**


Will complete Defense Acquisition University online courses CLR 101 Introduction to JCIDS, and RQM 110 Core Concepts for Requirements Management within the first two weeks of employment\.


**Security:**


Secret Clearance \(Will be initiated for a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility within 30 days of start date and once obtained shall maintain Top Secret with SCI eligibility\)
