We are currently seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead and support our Account Management and Sales Teams support some of the best clients in the hospitality, convention and events industries.
Director of Sales
The Director of Sales directs the Sales and Account Management activities of the organization and drives the new sales business for the company playing a key role in the company?s bottom line. The Director of Sales leads account management & sales team members focused on new and existing customer revenue growth. They are responsible for all client growth opportunities and prospect related actions from inquiry to acceptance.
In addition, the Director of Sales will have the opportunity to execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify needs and sell appropriate products to meet those needs. The Director of Sales will possess a passion for new technology and a consultative style that leads to results.

Direct Reports: Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Duties of the Director of Sales include:
+ Responsible for the overall management of all strategic Customer Relationship activities.
+ Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
+ Take ownership of the management of the sales functions of the business.
+ Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth.
+ Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.
+ Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
+ Create and manage the revenue generation process
+ Responsible for year over year etech revenue goals and gross profit growth guidelines and forecast
+ Sales related process & procedures such as: Quotes / SOW?s / MSA?s
+ Outreach prospective and existing clients to visit and dem
+ Capabilities presentations and web conferences
+ CRM ? database management ? active outreach ? follow up
+ Account Management:
+ Managing our existing customer relationships
+ Work closely with VP of Operations to integrate Account Management process and Operational processes / Project Management
+ Manage and grow the team to best fit customer?s unique needs
+ Love our customers, understand their events and help them grow
+ Post-conference meetings, account review and suggestions for the future
+ Nurture and grow account management team members, develop MBO and quarterly/annual goals
+ Strategic Account Management:
+ Personally, involved in a leadership role with high potential accounts
+ 5-7 years of proven enterprise business to business sales experience, preferably in digital or technology-driven, hospitality, convention center, venue services
+ Exceptional relationship-building skills.
+ Hubspot Inbound Marketing & Inbound Sales Certification (or willing to acquire within 6 months of being employed at etech)
+ Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
+ Experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment
+ Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
+ Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
+ Financial literacy, budgeting and an understanding of pricing/margin structures
+ Proficient business writing and proposal creation skills
+ Exceptional organizational skills
+ Managed and grown a team with proven project management and problem-solving skills
+ Strong internal and external communication skills with the personality to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving culture
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite
+ An outgoing personality, industry knowledge and strong consultative skills with a sincere focus on customer service are compulsory.

Education/Experience: This position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of like/similar experience preferably in an enterprise, business to business sales communicating with top decision-makers. Experience in sales and communication at a high level is essential.
Compensation: This position is a salaried role with sales commission/incentive opportunities. Additionally, this position is eligible for company profit sharing, 401k, medical, dental, LTD, PTO, cell phone allowance and holidays. We are an EOE company.
Work Hours: This is a full-time position with mostly regular business hours. Working hours will vary based on the needs of the business and the support necessary to complete the requested scope of work.
Travel Requirements: Up to 30%-50% depending on client opportunities, goals and objectives. Local office based in our dog-friendly SE Orlando.
