O & H Danish Bakery Inc. is looking for a responsible and reliable worker to join the 3rd Shift Baking team in the Donut Fryer Position. This role produces all daily donut production for our five retail locations. The Donut Fryer will be frying and finishing a variety of pastries while supporting the Baking Supervisor in achieving general production goals and standards. This position will partner with the Baking Supervisor to lead the donut production in general operations while addressing procedural and quality issues and achieving daily production goals. The right candidate will have strong math skills, attention to detail, passion for quality throughout entire donut frying and finishing process, and ambition to work towards new initiatives while developing efficiencies.
