Job Description

Responsible for supporting the ED clinical team in provision of care for the patient. This includes environmental readiness, assistance with procedures/care, carrying out specific duties, and effective communication. Support departmental initiatives including but not limited to patient throughput and customer service initiatives.

Scheduled Days / Hours: Full Time night shift; 7:00pm - 7:00am; rotating to other shifts, if needed; rotational weekend and holiday schedule is required.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Certifications: American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification and current New Jersey EMT certification or eligible for reciprocity, NREMT is preferred.

Experience: Acute Care experience and previous hospital Emergency department experience is preferred.
