+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a large cross-functional team
+ Experience managing, organizing and maintaining large quantities of data Critical thinking with detailed accuracy
+ Excellent communication (written and verbal)
+ Ability to react to re-sets and changes in a time sensitive environment
+ Combination of organizational and detail-oriented skills when working on different projects
+ Monitor material requirements to support builds
+ Experience working with overseas vendors preferred
+ Ability to influence, effectively communicate and drive deadlines with vendors (either CM or part vendors)
+ Overseas travel required
+ Proficient in MS Excel, Agile and SAP
+ Understand configuration management
+ Understanding of complex BOMs (preferably for hardware products)
- You know the structure complex BOMâ€™s - You will be creating, managing and process Engineering Change Orders - Create build matrices and work closely with suppliers on material availability - Create Purchase Requisitions and maintain Purchase Order invoice reconciliations, including Goods Receipts Allocation management - Manage Apple Security product requirements - Oversee shipment notifications - Work on multiple spreadsheets and projects simultaneously
**Education & Experience**
- BA/BS degree or 3+ years of industry experience
