Working under close supervision, the Electrical Engineer 2 assists with circuit analysis and detailed design of electronic assemblies from product inception through final delivery to customer. In addition to defining the requirements necessary for hardware system architecture, this role also evaluates system performance, implements test plans and handles design documentation.

+ Perform electrical engineering tasks related to component selection, circuit noise analysis, packaging concepts, and testing.
+ Perform calculations, circuit simulation, tolerance analyses, reliability analyses, and assist with documentation in plans, specifications, and reports.
+ Collaborate with peers and others in the preparation of schematics, printed wiring boards, and assembly drawings, and assist technicians in building printed wiring assemblies and special test fixtures.
+ Participate in the design process from cradle to grave; build hardware from the designs you conceptualize, verify, and validate that design through test, and finalize your design into actual flight hardware.
+ BS Electrical Engineering or Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Technology.
+ 1 to 2 years of related experience.
+ Strength in technical writing for plans, specifications, procedures, reports.
+ Knowledge of electronics manufacturing techniques.
+ Demonstrated success in improving a process or project.
+ At least Intermediate skill level with MS Office.
