Position Details:


In this role you will: prospect and meet with new clients in your specified territory, develop new sales strategies, and maintain high productivity levels alongside your teammates. You will work to enter client and prospect information to agency tools, and service members with any carrier questions. The division manager will train and develop you in order to refine your skills in this new position.


What to Expect:


+ The schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:


+ Conduct sales, service, and solicitation


+ Maximize growth and client retention through impeccable customer service


+ Retention through maintaining solid business-to-business relationships


+ Develop accounts and cross-sell available products and services


+ Generate and pursue new sales opportunities from beginning to close


+ Present our products and solutions at client meetings


Qualifications:


+ Minimum of two years preferably business to business


+ Texas Life and Health license is required


+ Knowledge and experience with Employee Benefits/Group Sales


+ Ability to build rapport with clients


+ Strong negotiation skills


+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills


+ Ability to prioritize and multitask
