MuleSoft’s Professional Services team sits at the crux of customer innovation, working across technology and business stakeholders to usher customers into the next phase of their business transformation journey and achieve outcomes that shape the future. As an Engagement Manager, you get to create solutions for your customers. And as an entrepreneur of your territory, you will own your customer's Services journey from pre-sales to go-live, while building trusted customer relationships with C-level executives. Within MuleSoft, you are a thought leader whose voice and actions are essential in growing our overall Services business, team, and culture.

To be successful you will need:


+ Consultative selling experience with a proven record of achieving/exceeding quota.


+ Selling and/or delivering professional services for a strategic consulting firm, large scale system integrator, or professional services unit within a software company


+ Demonstrated ability to become a trusted advisor by developing maintaining C-level relationships


+ Experience growing accounts through farming using different strategies to grow within an Account


+ Demonstrated ability to sell large and complex implementations ($1M+)


+ Experience with Public Sector clients preferred


+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a large and complex matrixed environment


+ Project and Account Management experience is highly preferable


+ A team-player attitude who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and


+ Skills to navigate and affect change working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support.
