Software and Services


+ 7+ years of relevant industry experience in software or reliability engineering with at least 5+ years in a project management role


+ Excellent project management skills in software engineering and delivery to drive schedules, dependencies, critical paths and risks


+ Experience with release planning, SDLC, and Agile methodologies


+ Solid technical understanding of large scale distributed software systems, cloud architecture, and high-performance computing environments


+ Familiarity with system resource consumption and elastic services


+ Strong relationship management and facilitation skills both within diverse engineering teams and across functional organizations


+ Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey information in a clear, concise and credible manner


+ Track record of data-driven decision making, analytical skills and good judgement


**Description**


We are seeking a top-tier Engineering Program Manager (EPM) for our Media Platforms SRE team. The SRE team is responsible for the reliability and efficiency of services providing our content creation customers with a seamless experience. This is a hands-on position where the EPM will be involved in engineering requirements analysis, functional and technical design discussions, test planning, working with key strategic partners, and driving the team’s agile workflow. This is not a task-based job; you will be responsible for driving the engineering portfolio as well as advancing both project management and reliability engineering principles. You will oversee all aspects of multiple concurrent projects including scope, requirements, timelines, risks and resource allocation. You will manage communication—apprising status and issues to team members, management and other project partners.


**Education & Experience**


Bachelor’ degree in Computer Science or equivalent field. Master’s degree, industry recognized Project Management Professional and Scrum Master certifications desirable.
