**What You-ll Do**

As an Enovia Technical / Functional Analyst (PM/BA) at Sogeti P&G you will have the

opportunity to:

+ Facilitatesprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, andsoftware demonstrations.

+ Workclosely with project owner in backlog management and continuous deliveryof features.

+ Projectrequirement gathering and feasibility workshops with business

+ Requirementand GAP analysis.

+ Workingwith Business users to define processes to be implemented.

+ Functionalanalysis of Enovia customizations.

+ DesigningRole Based Matrix

+ Understandthe business processes and map the user requirements to the 3D ExperienceENOVIA framework and provide solutions that would enhance the capabilitiesoffered in the new tool.

+ Development/Technicalexperience in 3D Experience ENOVIA

+ Convertthe business specifications into functional specifications.

**Minimum education qualification**

+ A bachelor's degree in anydiscipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.

**The ideal candidatewill have:**

+ 3 - 5 years of experience inbusiness analysis of product or software development

+ Experience with developmentmethodologies is highly desired

+ Proven organizational skillswith the ability to develop a detailed work plan to ensure project success

+ Demonstrated ability toorganize and facilitate large cross functional meetings

+ Perform thorough requirementinterviews with project stakeholders

+ Ability to document projectissues, risks, assumptions and requirements

+ Demonstrated problem solvingskills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments toresolve issues

+ The ability to analyze anddevelop business scenarios and use cases

+ Consistently deliver projectstatus and time tracking regularly to management

+ Conduct comprehensiverequirements reviews with project stakeholders, development and QA teams
