Job Description

Indiana MENTOR, a member of the Sevita family, provides services for individuals with intellectual and development disabilities with social, emotional and behavioral challenges as well as other complex needs. Through our wide range of flexible programs, we use a partnership approach with families and Mentors to offer individualized therapeutic services.

Responsibilities: Engage with prospective foster families, conduct home studies and provide support and engagement throughout the application and background process.


Qualifications:


+ Child welfare experience doing on-going / permanency work


+ Bachelor’s degree in human services, marketing, or business


+ Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance if providing transportation for individuals receiving services or driving for company purposes.
