**Overview and Responsibilities**

Perform duties set forth below for five Labor Relations Executives:

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Required to assist with all union negotiations and the drafting of proposals; must have the discipline to update, proofread and distribute numerous collective bargaining agreements including occasional all-night negotiations.

+ Must maintain knowledge of current issues and contracts.

+ Ability to create, modify and maintain spreadsheets/matrices in EXCEL format.

+ Responsible for preparing union information requests/reports.

+ Will be required to be able to arrange and organize spreadsheets of earnings data for negotiation preparation.

+ Self initiator and the ability to work independently. Strong administrative organizational skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail and maintenance of confidentiality required.

+ Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task for a multiple person department.

+ Ability to deal with a wide variety of senior decision makers and influential outsiders.

+ Ability to perform standard administrative responsibilities (i.e. answer phones, giving information to callers, routing calls, taking messages, letter/memo preparation, ordering supplies, distributing incoming mail, etc.)

+ Coordinate daily appointments, maintain Executives calendars and Labor Relations calendar.

+ Arrange all aspects of travel schedule and prepare expense reports.

+ Assist with organizing and coordinating off-site meetings/conferences.

+ Maintain filing system.

**Basic Qualifications**

+ 3+ years of transferrable experience

+ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel

**Additional Qualifications**

+ High school diploma; college a plus
