Position: Food Safety and Quality Supervisor
Reports To: FSQ Manager
The FSQ Supervisor will work closely with the Food Safety and Quality Manager in monitoring, quantifying and filing all necessary HACCP and FDA documentation. The FSQ Supervisor will also be instrumental in reviewing food safety processes and procedures. The FSQ Supervisor would have a roll in the training of new hires and existing employees. In addition, the FSQ Supervisor will work with the FSQ Manager on various Food Safety and Quality projects including regular specification checks, chefs tables and vendor audits.
College degree in Food Technology or equivalent knowledge
Minimum of 2 years of Food Production background
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of HACCP, USDA and FDA regulations
Be able to multi task and think on their feet
Must be proficient in the English Language to include both written and oral
Bilingual in Spanish / English preferred
